Before this lesson, I’ve always had to make multi-view sketches of an object by hand. It was time consuming, difficult, and sometimes it even came out ugly (I’m not a good drawer).
However, I recently learned how to construct sketches with dimensions annotated on them in NX. Having such an ability makes it much easier to create multiviews, as I no longer have to do anything by hand.
With a few adjustments to the settings, a few clicks to navigate through certain menus, I can create all four views of an object in an instant.
