Time sure flies by quickly, and that can be both good and bad. For example, when you’re sitting through an hour and a half lecture that goes by in the blink of an eye (because you fell asleep). Or it could be bad, such as feeling like you’ve learned nothing but your first midterms are just around the corner.
Not to say that my professors have done a bad job, I think they’ve done a great job, for the most part. It’s on me to go through my notes, read the text, and do practice problems to really hone my skills.
Sophomore year is actually nothing like freshman year, which sounds like a dumb thing to say because it’s all about which classes you sign up for, but in your freshman year, if you didn’t come in with some ridiculous amount of AP credits, you would be taking some easy classes.
Take Engineering 5 for example. It’s literally impossible to not get an A in that class.Or all those introductory gen-ed classes that water down the subject so that everyone from all fields can have a chance in them.
Things are bit more intense this year, with the material being much more condensed.
